Job description SEO Manager (Remote) Our client is hiring a remote SEO Manager to take ownership of their organic growth strategy. This role will be responsible for technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, on-page optimisation, internal linking, backlink strategy, and SEO reporting. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can both build the roadmap and execute against it.

The successful candidate will have proven experience improving rankings, growing organic traffic, and helping turn that traffic into qualified leads or customers. Responsibilities

Own the SEO strategy and roadmap Run technical SEO audits and work with developers on fixes Conduct keyword and competitor research Create content briefs and optimise existing content Improve on-page SEO across key landing pages Build internal linking and authority strategies Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools Report monthly on performance, actions, and next priorities

Requirements 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience Strong knowledge of technical SEO and content SEO Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console Ability to show real examples of SEO growth Strong written English Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to Have

B2B, SaaS, marketplace, recruitment, logistics, mobility, or lead-generation experience Programmatic SEO experience Basic HTML, schema, or JavaScript SEO knowledge Experience working with startups or fast-moving teams
