Role Overview
We are hiring Sales & Community Executives to drive sales, partnerships, and community growth across our real estate and emerging venture ecosystem.
This role is ideal for digitally-savvy sales professionals who are excited about content creation, community building, automation, and modern sales systems—not just closing deals.
Core Responsibilities
Drive sales through community engagement and relationship building
Create and share real estate and lifestyle content across digital platforms
Build and manage realtor and partner communities
Support field activations, site tours, and experiential sales events
Use CRM, automation tools, and lead-generation systems
Track sales performance, leads, and engagement metrics
Ideal Profile
Sales or real estate experience (formal or informal)
Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and community building
Comfortable using automation tools, workflows, and CRM systems
Good customer handling, communication, and follow-up skills
Curious, systems-oriented, and growth-driven
