Description de l'offre L’Office des Forages Ruraux recrute un Chargé de l’administration et de la paie (H/F), pour le renforcement de la Direction du Capital Humain.

Sous l’autorité du Directeur du Capital Humain, le Chargé de l’administration et de la paie a pour

de piloter les activités liées à l’administration du personnel (les recrutements, les mouvements, les congés etc.) et de la gestion de la paie des salariés de l’Office. Activités Le candidat retenu aura pour missions de :

• Gérer les procédures de recrutement et d’intégration ;
• Élaborer et mettre à jour les fiches de poste ;
• Tenir à jour des statistiques en matière de ressources humaines ;
• Accomplir tous les actes liés à l’administration du personnel à savoir les recrutements, les mouvements, les congés etc. ;
• Préparer les notes de service relevant de la Direction du capital humain ;
• Élaborer et tenir le planning des congés ;
• Tenir les registres réglementaires ;
• Représenter l’Office à l’Inspection du Travail ;
• Assurer la gestion des relations avec les délégués du personnel ;
• Préparer le bilan social ;
• Mettre en place et suivre le comité d’hygiène et de sécurité ;
• Préparer et établir les salaires ;
• Effectuer les déclarations sociales et fiscales ;
• Élaborer la procédure d’évaluation des potentiels et des performances ;
• Faire toute proposition pouvant améliorer les conditions de vie et de travail des agents de l’Office.

Formation & Expérience :

• BAC+5 en Gestion des ressources humaines ou Droit ;

• Capitaliser une expérience de 7 ans minimum ;

• Maîtriser le logiciel TOMPAIE ;

• Bonne connaissance de la législation du secteur parapublic sénégalais. Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise des processus de Recrutement et d’Intégration ;

• Bonnes Connaissances en Évaluation des Performances et en Rémunération ;

• Maîtrise du Droit Social (code du travail, etc…).

• CV détaillé décrivant les activités menées sur chaque poste occupé ;

• Lettre de motivation ;
