Project Overview A leading upstream oil & gas operator in Africa is deploying a high‑impact operations program to support offshore production in Ghana . SigmaStrat is managing the end‑to‑end oversight of critical operational materials — including procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, and safe delivery to offshore assets. Operations will be coordinated from Accra , with the main execution hub in Takoradi .
Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end supply chain processes for offshore operations. Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, replenishment, and material tracking. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of critical operational materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits. Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and offshore personnel.
Ideal Candidate Minimum 7 years in supply chain or inventory roles. Strong background in upstream oil & gas (Africa preferred). Able to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.
