  Project Overview A leading upstream oil & gas operator in Africa is deploying a high‑impact operations program to support offshore production in Ghana . SigmaStrat is managing the end‑to‑end oversight of critical operational materials — including procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, and safe delivery to offshore assets. Operations will be coordinated from Accra , with the main execution hub in Takoradi .

Key Responsibilities Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance across operations. Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of chemicals. Train staff on HSE procedures and emergency response. Monitor safety performance and implement continuous improvements.

Ideal Candidate Strong knowledge of chemical safety and hazardous materials management. Ability to operate in a safety‑critical environment. Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven background in Upstream Oil & Gas (Africa preferred). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and operational discipline.
