Job Summary

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and daily operations. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required

Formation / Diplômes

  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Expérience

  • 2–4 years experience in an administrative or PA role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
