Job Summary The Digital Marketing & IT Officer is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Eden Estate & Resort Ltd’s digital marketing activities, managing its online presence, producing and organising promotional content, maintaining website information, supporting brand communication and providing first-line IT support. The role is primarily focused on promoting the Resort’s accommodation, food and beverage, conferencing, events, family and leisure offerings, generating quality customer enquiries and strengthening the organisation’s brand visibility. 2. Key Duties and Responsibilities A. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Prepare weekly content plans in consultation with the Sales & Marketing Manager, reflecting current priorities, campaigns, events and promotions. Prepare, schedule and publish approved content on the organisation’s Facebook and Instagram platforms. Maintain and adapt content for LinkedIn, particularly corporate accommodation, conferencing, team-building and retreat services. Distribute approved promotional content through relevant
