VACANCY (URGENT) Press Agriculture Limited invites applications from suitable, qualified, and experienced candidates with hands-on practical experience for the following position SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to market company products. Carry out sales and marketing research to establish market segments, what the customer wants, and understand market trends. Using this information to improve marketing strategies. Monitor and analyse sales and marketing campaigns. Using KPI’s such as lead generation, conversion rate, and ROI. Making any changes where appropriate. Plan and implement sales and marketing activities, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Research and develop strategies/plans to identify sales and marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development within the market. Continuously research and develop knowledge of the competitors’ activities, pricing, and strategies. Relay this information to relevant departments within the Company. Build relationships with key people such as customers, suppliers, and industry influencers. Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools and techniques. Constantly looking to improve and come up with innovative ideas. Monitor sales, keeping track of key performance indicators and analysing sales data. This will help to understand how effective the sales and marketing are and identify any areas to improve. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing strategies, performance, and recommendations to the management team. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience, and must have Knowledge of sales and market research methodologies and techniques, Strong analytical and strategic skills to interpret data and guide effective marketing strategies.
