Responsibilities – Maintaining accurate recording of financial transactions in appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts – Conducting timely reconciliations of General Ledger and Sub-ledgers – Performing periodic GL reviews, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper classification of transactions – Monitoring and ensure accuracy and timely posting of financial transactions through collaboration with cross-functional teams. – Coordinating financial data and reports from various departments. – Preparing periodic and annual financial reports for management and regulatory Authorities – Identifying control weaknesses and support remedial actions to enhance financial governance and risk management. – Participating in periodic internal control reviews and process – Acting as Liaison in Tax and Audit – Performing bank, supplier, and sales reconciliations Required skills and competencies – Excellent skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and GL management – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – High level of attention to detail and accuracy – Good understanding of internal controls and audit processes
