Roles and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: – Preparing, examining, and maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documents. – Preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. – Monitoring the company’s financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation. – Managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring timely processing of payments. – Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and financial records. – Preparing financial reports to support management decision-making. – Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies. – Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information. – Supporting budgeting, financial planning, and auditing processes. Qualifications and Requirements – Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience. – At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. – Practical experience in preparing financial statements. – High level of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
