Job Summary We are seeking an organized and highly versatile Logistics Supervisor to oversee our daily distribution networks, staff accommodations, and auxiliary on-site services. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core warehouse logistics and employee welfare operations. You will be responsible for managing and supervising company dormitories, overseeing kitchen/catering workflows, and managing the company store. The ideal candidate is a multifaceted leader who can maintain an organized supply chain while ensuring comfortable, compliant, and well-provisioned living and working environments for our workforce. Key Responsibilities – Systems Tracking: Maintain precise logistics data across all business units within the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform or digital inventory management systems. – Coordinate Company Car arrangement and maintain a proper schedule daily, ensuring well maintenance and able to avoid any problem – Accommodation Oversight: Supervise daily operations of staff dormitories, including bed allocations, check-in/check-out processes, and room assignments. – Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate routine cleaning, waste management, and structural repairs within residential spaces to ensure clean and dignified living conditions. – Welfare & Compliance: Enforce community guidelines, housing policies, and fire safety regulations to maintain a secure and harmonious residential environment. – Catering Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring meals are prepared and served efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. – Supply Procurement: Manage the supply chain for food provisions, fresh ingredients, and kitchen equipment, keeping strict control over shelf life and waste minimized. – Health & Sanitation: Enforce stringent food safety protocols and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local health regulations. – Retail Operations: Oversee the inventory, merchandising, and daily sales or distributions at the company store (e.g., tools, uniforms, or consumer goods for staff). – Stock Reconciliation: Perform routine cycle counts and audit tracking data to minimize shrinkage, cross-referencing sales reports with actual stock levels. Requirements & Qualifications – Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related operational field. – Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or distribution operations, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. – Leadership: At least 2 years of experience directly supervising or leading an administrative/logistics team. – Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and hands-on experience using professional logistics/ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or proprietary WMS)
