Job Brief:
We are seeking a results-driven Retail Officer (Sports Betting) to oversee the expansion and management of retail betting shops across Nigeria. The role involves driving the onboarding, activation, and conversion of new bet shops, while supporting agent performance and implementing strategies to grow retail presence and business revenue.
What You Will Do:
Oversee and manage retail operations across assigned regions
Drive shop onboarding, activation, and conversion
Monitor agent performance and implement growth strategies
Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
Execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility
Provide performance insights and reports to management
