Regional Manager – Retail Operations

What You Will Do:
Oversee and manage retail operations(sports betting) across assigned regions
Drive shop onboarding, activation, and conversion
Monitor agent performance and implement growth strategies
Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
Execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility
Provide performance insights and reports to management
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in retail operations (betting or fintech is a strong advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Data-driven mindset with solid reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple regions and meet targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
