Senior Human Resources Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Resource Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Abuja. We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for people management and a demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall company culture.

Qualifications & Duties

Minimum of 13 years of progressive HR experience with at least 8 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the food and beverages industry.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes to maintain a healthy workplace environment.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the food and beverages industry.

Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to motivate employees.

Lead organizational development initiatives including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
