NB: Please indicate your preferred area of specialization in your application: Property Management, Tax Consultancy, or Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, arranging business meetings, and generating quality leads for the company’s technical team. Key Responsibilities – Identify and approach potential clients. – Promote the company’s services professionally. – Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the company’s technical team. – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities – Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. – Follow up on client enquiries. – Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities. – Meet agreed monthly performance targets. Minimum Qualifications – Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Real Estate, Finance, Taxation, or any related field. – Must be a resident of Dodoma. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. – Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and Internet). – Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. – Fluent in both English and Kiswahili. – Aged 22-35 years – Previous experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
