Good knowledge of crane safety procedures and lifting operations. Ability to inspect and operate crane equipment safely. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities Operate cranes safely and efficiently. Conduct daily equipment inspections. Follow lifting plans and safety regulations. Coordinate with riggers, signalers, and site personnel.
