Job Description Ivoire Agroexport is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing and storage operations supporting our agricultural export business. This role is responsible for ensuring that produce and goods are received, stored, packed, and dispatched safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and export standards, from harvest intake through to container loading. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch Oversee post-harvest handling and storage to preserve product quality, including temperature, humidity, and ventilation control where applicable Plan and coordinate export packing, palletizing, labeling, and container loading in line with buyer specifications and shipping schedules Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO stock rotation to minimize spoilage, shrinkage, and waste Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits Work with quality control and production teams to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, phytosanitary, and traceability requirements Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely pickups and deliveries and accurate shipping documentation Plan warehouse capacity, layout, and labor...
