Job Description Congo Digital Connect is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our strategic programmes, including network expansion, infrastructure rollout, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating multiple related projects, managing budgets, risks, and stakeholders, and ensuring that programmes deliver their intended business benefits on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of related projects, such as network rollout and expansion, site acquisition and build, and system upgrades, in line with the company’s strategic objectives Define programme scope, objectives, governance structure, roadmap, and success measures in collaboration with senior management Develop and manage integrated programme plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across network, technical, commercial, and finance teams Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams, providing direction, coaching, and escalation support Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and changes across projects, and implement mitigation and corrective actions Manage relationships with equipment vendors, contractors, civil works providers, and other external partners, including contract performance and delivery...
