Funções Vendas e atendimento ao cliente Recebimentos e caixas Logística interna da loja Responsável pela gestão da loja Gestão de reclamações e diversos Verificar emails pendentes diariamente Responder a dúvidas e solicitações da Sede Controlar o trabalho dos ajudantes Verificar a limpeza de loja feita pelos ajudantes Responder a auditoria da loja aos stocks e caixa Alertar à sede para avarias que surjam na loja Fazer cobranças aos clientes com dívidas Resolver problemas informáticos com a ajuda da sede Requisitos Nível Médio ou médio técnico profissional – preferência em veterinária ou produção animal Alternativas de curso superior: Gestão de Empresas, Economia, Marketing e Publicidade 2 anos de experiência na área de vendas e atendimento ao cliente Habilidades e conhecimento de uso de computador (Microsoft Word e Excel) Trabalhar com internet e email Notas Apenas candidatos pré-seleccionados serão
