OVERVIEW The Smallholder Farmers Fertilizer Revolving Fund of Malawi (SFFRFM) was established in 1988 as a Trust under the Trustees Incorporation Act (Cap. 5:03). Its primary mandate is to procure, store, distribute, and sell fertilizer to smallholder farmers across Malawi, ensuring that smallholder farmers have continuous access to affordable fertilizer.
