We are seeking for Group Operations manager who will hold overall responsibility for the performance, standards, and profitability of all group outlets. Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight across branch operations and group functional teams, ensuring the brands operate as a cohesive, efficient, and high-performing group. Key Responsibilities – Oversee all group operations and outlet performance – Develop and oversee implementation of company systems and policies – Coordinate all departments for smooth operations – Monitor profitability, efficiency, and cost control – Conduct outlet audits and performance evaluations – Enforce discipline, structure, and accountability – Ensure customer service excellence across all outlets – Solve major operational challenges and escalate strategic issues – Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Top Management – Drive operational improvement and business growth – Ensure leadership culture and staff discipline Requirements: – Degree in Hospitality management, Hotel management, Tourism and Hospitality management, Business management or related field. – MBA or Master in Hospitality management is an added advantage – Certification in any related profession is an added advantage – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
