i.Fully responsible for various licenses, government procedures, permits, and renewal matters for the Factory, Mwanza Showroom, and Dar es Salaam Showroom. ii. Establish and maintain a unified compliance ledger / tracker for all licenses, ensuring timely renewal and closed-loop tracking with no overdue items. iii.Undertake external liaison and coordination with government departments (BRELA, OSHA, TBS, TRA, Municipal, Fire, etc.) as needed. iv.Properly archive and manage all original licenses, certificates, and government correspondence. v.Based on personnel capabilities and actual performance, gradually take over and split part of the existing business tasks currently handled by Nasibu. vi. Form a clear division of labor and AB backup mechanism for business operations to ensure business continuity. vii. Assist in handling daily business affairs, external coordination, and emergency handling to improve overall efficiency of the administration department.
