ACTIVITÉS
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets. Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets. Analyze construction drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents. Prepare and evaluate tender documents, quotations, and contractors' bids. Monitor quantities, material consumption, and project expenditures. Assess variations, prepare cost reports, and recommend cost optimization measures. Conduct site measurements and verify completed work for payment purposes. Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates on project cost performance. Job Requirements Niveau académique : Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering or Building (or equivalent) Desirable: Advanced Excel and competence with CostX, Bluebeam or an equivalent measurement platform; fluency in working English and French Expérience professionnelle : Minimum 15 years in quantity surveying / cost engineering on buildings, industrial or infrastructure projects Applicant profile
