Qualis Business Support Services Limited recrute, pour le compte de son client, une institution confessionnelle disposant d'un camp situé sur l'axe Lagos-Ibadan, un Facility Officer en CDI.

Résumé du poste
Le besoin est urgent : la structure recherche un Facility Manager chargé de superviser le camp, de veiller au bon fonctionnement et à l'efficacité de ses installations, et de gérer l'attribution des chambres et des équipements pendant les activités du camp.
Responsabilités
Maintenance et opérations : planifier les inspections de routine et gérer les réparations des systèmes du bâtiment, notamment le chauffage, la ventilation et la climatisation (HVAC), la plomberie et l'électricité.
Santé et sécurité : garantir la conformité aux règles de sécurité incendie, aux normes de construction et aux réglementations locales.
Gestion des prestataires : recruter les entrepreneurs et prestataires externes, négocier les contrats et superviser leur travail.
Services aux installations : superviser les services de support tels que le nettoyage, la sécurité, l'évacuation des déchets et le stationnement.
Budget : suivre les coûts opérationnels, gérer les factures et planifier les budgets financiers destinés aux améliorations des installations.
Aménagement de l'espace : gérer l'agencement des bureaux, les places assises et les travaux de rénovation des installations.
Profil requis
Diplôme en génie civil ou en gestion de projet, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance d'installations. Le candidat doit être proactif, capable de travailler avec une supervision minimale, et avoir déjà travaillé aux côtés d'ingénieurs sur des projets de construction.
Avantages
La rémunération est de 200 000 N par mois (net). Un logement est disponible au sein même de l'enceinte du camp, avec des jours de repos.
