SAASA B2E is hiring a Head Cashier Your main objective will be to oversee cash collections and approved payouts, protect financial assets, and keep precise daily financial logs. Key responsibilities: Initiate and conclude daily operations at the primary cash register while collecting client payments. Verify transaction totals, the genuineness of currency notes, and backing paperwork prior to executing approved payouts. Log every financial movement with precision into the cash management software and keep the cashbook up to date. Oversee auxiliary cash registers, distribute approved cash floats, and merge daily cash collections. Tally and balance cash funds every day, promptly flagging any deficits, excesses, or other anomalies. Protect financial assets, adhere strictly to cash retention thresholds, and ready funds for bank deposits. Hand over daily financial summaries and backing paperwork to the accounting department, file records properly, and take part in cash audits.
Youthful, energetic, and maintaining a polished professional appearance. Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension abilities. Strong work ethic paired with a forward-thinking, proactive mindset.
Eagerness to acquire new knowledge and adjust to evolving duties and operational procedures.
