What you will do: Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to ensure all requests are logged efficiently; Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions; Review and validate order details to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping; Flag any missing, unclear, or problematic information across processed orders to maintain operational quality; Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English and French communication skills (C 1 for both spoken and written); Experience handling end-to-end order processing, reports, order entry, and fulfillment tracking; Strong ability to maintain accurate data with high attention to detail; Strong sense of accountability and time management to compile and deliver weekly reports strictly on deadline; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently; Personal computer (at least 8 Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)Will be a great plus: Familiarity or past experience with Odoo Benefits: Fixed schedule: Sunday, from 6 PM to 9 PM at GMT+2; Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely; Inclusive international environment; Compensation in USD; Rewards for referring friends; Responsive leadership interested in your development and long-lasting cooperation; Greenhouse conditions for self-development; A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
