Sales and Marketing Assistant - Yaoundé

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and bilingual (English/French)
Sales and Marketing Assistant
to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, demonstrating measurable results, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support business development.
Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development
Identify, prospect, and convert new clients within the services sector.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Assist in presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with attention to profitability.
Track client satisfaction and follow up to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Marketing and Promotional Activities
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital and on-site promotional strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media content).
3. Reporting and Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate sales and marketing records, including CRM entries, sales pipelines, and client communications.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing quantitative data such as revenue growth percentages and client acquisition metrics.
Assist management in developing strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
