Résumé du poste
Nous recherchons, pour le compte de notre client, un comptable immobilier hautement qualifié et soucieux du détail, chargé de gérer les dossiers financiers, d'assurer l'exactitude des rapports et de soutenir l'ensemble des opérations financières de l'entreprise. Le candidat idéal doit être proactif, digne de confiance et capable de travailler avec une supervision minimale.
Responsabilités principales
Tenir des dossiers financiers et des grands livres précis ; préparer les états financiers et les rapports ; gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients ; effectuer les rapprochements bancaires ; assurer une documentation appropriée des transactions financières ; utiliser un logiciel de comptabilité pour la gestion financière ; participer à la budgétisation et à la planification financière ; soutenir les audits et garantir la conformité aux réglementations financières ; accomplir toute autre tâche connexe confiée par la direction.
Licence ou HND en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ; 2 à 4 ans d'expérience avérée en comptabilité ; solide connaissance des principes et pratiques comptables ; maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité (par exemple QuickBooks, Excel ou outils similaires) ; une certification professionnelle ICAN ou équivalente constitue un atout ; résidence obligatoire dans l'axe Sangotedo ou Ajah ; bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ; capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision minimale ; haut niveau d'intégrité et de confidentialité ; sens de l'initiative, proactivité et souci du détail ; esprit d'équipe et respect des délais.
Atouts appréciés
Esprit de résolution de problèmes ; bonnes compétences en gestion du temps ; capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à travailler sous pression ; normes éthiques solides.
Rémunération : 150 000 à 200 000 nairas, selon l'expérience et les compétences.
