Valid National Registration Card (NRC). No criminal record. Sound knowledge of engine oils, transmission fluids, coolants, greases, and vehicle lubricants. Strong sales, persuasion, communication, and customer service skills. Honesty, discipline, and strong work ethic. Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities: Promote and sell automotive and industrial lubricants, engine oils, and automotive fluids to motorists and commercial clients. Provide expert advice to customers on suitable oil grades and lubricant specifications for their vehicles. Assist motorists with oil top-ups and basic checks on the forecourt or lube bay. Manage lubricant stock levels, track shelf display presentation, and reconcile daily lube sales. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer relations.
