This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about Talent, Recruiting, or People Operations and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to keep hiring processes organized, efficient, and candidate-focused. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and brings a strong sense of ownership along with a “get things done” mindset. This is a hybrid role based in Rwanda/Nigeria/Ghana/Cote d'Ivoire, and we’re looking for someone excited to contribute to building world-class hiring processes.
