PROCESS OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST Experience: 8–10 Years Responsible for analyzing, improving, and standardizing business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance overall performance. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in process improvement and operational optimization. 5. CLUSTER EXECUTIVE Experience: 3–5 Years Responsible for coordinating and supporting operations across an assigned cluster, monitoring performance, preparing reports, supporting teams, and ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives. Candidates should be organized, proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven. 6. BUSINESS & MARKETING PROFESSIONAL Experience: 5–7 Years Responsible for supporting business growth through marketing, market development, customer relationship management, and business generation initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships. 7. FLEET & LOGISTICS MANAGER Experience: 3–5 Years Responsible for managing fleet operations, logistics activities, vehicle utilization, maintenance coordination, transportation, scheduling, and cost efficiency. The successful candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, compliance, and team supervision. 10. AREA CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Experience: 3–5 Years Responsible for overseeing construction activities within an assigned area, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Candidates should have experience in construction supervision, project coordination, contractor management, health and safety, quality control, and progress monitoring. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Applicants should have: Relevant academic and/or professional qualifications. Proven experience in the relevant position.
