A well-established FMCG SA TRADERS AND LOGISTICS LIMITED a TRADING company is looking for experienced Supermarket Merchandisers to join our team in Malawi.
LOCATIONS: LILONGWE | BLANTYRE | MZUZU
3–5 years of experience in supermarket merchandising preferred. FMCG experience only in especially biscuits, juices and other food products, will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to visit supermarkets regularly and monitor products and stock.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proper placement and attractive display of company products on supermarket shelves and racks. Regularly check stock availability and report shortages/replenishment requirements. Coordinate and support product orders with supermarkets and company marketing manager. Monitor competitor products and market prices. Compare our product prices with similar products, including source price, market price and price difference, and report to management. Maintain good relationships with supermarket management and staff. Submit regular market, stock and competitor reports.
