Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic student or graduate to join our Zambian sales team as a Relationship Manager / Intern , specialising in Trade Finance . This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international trade and finance, while developing your career with a global group. Key Responsibilities: Support the Zambian sales team in managing client relationships. Assist in promoting trade finance solutions and services. Conduct market research and gather information on potential clients and opportunities. Help with customer follow-ups, proposals and reporting. Learn and contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth. Qualifications & Experience: Currently a student or graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, International Trade, Economics or a related field). Fluent in French (spoken and written) is a must. Previous experience working in sales (e.g. internships, part-time roles, or student projects). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.
