Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage. Previous experience in reservations, front office, hotel reception or a similar hospitality role. Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and systems (Opera). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional telephone and email etiquette. Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
