Company: InterContinental Lusaka Location: Lusaka, Zambia Position: Reservations Agent Employment Type: 1-Year Contract Role Overview: In this role, you’ll manage individual and group reservations, respond to enquiries through different booking channels, keep reservation details accurate and work closely with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth booking experience from enquiry to arrival. What We Are Looking For: Previous experience in reservations, front office, hotel reception or a similar hospitality role. Good knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and systems, particularly Opera PMS . Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail. Ability to handle guest enquiries professionally and work effectively under pressure. Organised, professional and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
