Nous recherchons un Sales & Digital Marketing Manager polyvalent et expérimenté, justifiant d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en vente, développement commercial et marketing digital dans le secteur de l'immobilier et de la construction. Le candidat idéal est un penseur stratégique doté d'une expertise avérée en création de contenu, placement publicitaire, gestion des réseaux sociaux et génération de prospects. Ce rôle est déterminant pour stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, renforcer la visibilité de la marque et atteindre les objectifs de vente de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités principales
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente complètes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires pour les biens immobiliers et les services des autres filiales.
Planifier, exécuter et optimiser des campagnes de marketing digital sur toutes les plateformes, notamment les réseaux sociaux, les moteurs de recherche et l'email marketing.
Créer des contenus attractifs et engageants pour les différents canaux digitaux, notamment les publications sur les réseaux sociaux et les articles de blog.
