    1. Position Summary The Operations and Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for managing the daily business activities related to the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. This role acts as the central pivot between suppliers, internal departments, and customers to ensure that prices are sourced properly, customers are serviced in time and balance between stock levels and supplies. The goal is to optimize processes, minimize costs, and maintain high service levels.
    1. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value for the company. Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages (stock-outs) while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; analyze data to forecast demand and adjust reorder points. Manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations and deadlines. Generate reports on supply chain performance metrics Monitor operational budgets and seek continuous cost-reduction opportunities. Ensure all operations adhere to rules and regulations and government regulatory standards.
  1. Qualifications & Requirements

Formation / DiplĂ´mes

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Expérience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination. Proven track record in procurement and inventory management.
