ShepherdHill Security Limited recrute un Information Technology Specialist à Lagos, au Nigeria, dans le cadre d'un emploi à temps plein rattaché à la catégorie IT/Télécom.

Le titulaire du poste apporte un support technique de premier niveau au personnel sur les questions liées au matériel, aux logiciels, à l'internet et au réseau. Il installe, configure et entretient les systèmes informatiques, les imprimantes, les scanners, les systèmes de vidéosurveillance (CCTV), les dispositifs biométriques et les autres équipements informatiques.
Il surveille et maintient les réseaux, les serveurs, la connectivité internet et les systèmes de communication de l'entreprise. Il dépanne les problèmes système et réseau, diagnostique les pannes et met en œuvre rapidement les solutions appropriées.
Il veille au maintien effectif des procédures de sécurité des données, de sauvegarde et de récupération. Il gère les comptes utilisateurs, les mots de passe, les droits d'accès et les configurations de messagerie électronique.
Il participe au déploiement et à la maintenance des logiciels de sécurité, des antivirus et des pare-feu. Il tient des registres précis des actifs informatiques, des licences, des réparations et des mises à jour système.
Il coordonne les interventions des prestataires et fournisseurs externes pour les réparations, les installations et le support technique lorsque cela est nécessaire. Il contribue à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes, applications et mises à niveau informatiques.
Il surveille les systèmes de vidéosurveillance et s'assure du bon fonctionnement des équipements de surveillance. Il fournit un support informatique lors des réunions, présentations et événements de l'entreprise lorsque cela est requis.
Il garantit la conformité aux politiques informatiques, aux procédures et aux normes de cybersécurité de l'entreprise. Il forme le personnel à l'usage informatique de base, à la sensibilisation à la cybersécurité et aux applications système. Il prépare des rapports informatiques périodiques et remonte les problèmes techniques majeurs à la direction.
