ADRA DRC is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to provide technical leadership for all MEAL activities of a donor-funded health project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The successful candidate will design and implement the project's MEAL system, oversee data collection, quality assurance, performance monitoring, reporting, accountability mechanisms, and learning activities while ensuring compliance with donor requirements, national guidelines, and ethical standards. The role includes supervising the MEAL team, strengthening HMIS and Global Health Security reporting, supporting adaptive management, coordinating with government and consortium partners, and ensuring evidence-based decision-making.
