Le Grants Officer supervisera la gouvernance des sous-subventions, coordonnera les processus de gestion et assurera le suivi de la performance. Il veillera également à la conformité des opérations avec les exigences des bailleurs et les procédures internes.

Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en gestion des subventions et en supervision financière. Les critères suivants sont requis :
Diplôme de licence en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de subventions ou de sous-subventions. Expérience avec des bailleurs bilatéraux ou multilatéraux. Une qualification ACCA, CPA ou équivalente est souhaitable. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Bonne connaissance de l'analyse budgétaire et des contrôles financiers. Capacité à gérer des priorités concurrentes. Bonne compréhension des exigences d'audit et de conformité des bailleurs.
