Enko Education is looking for a Welcome Officer Position summary The Welcome Officer functions as the chief ambassador and voice of the school, charged with delivering a remarkable first impression to all guests, clients/parents, and personnel. This role handles front desk activities, takes care of incoming communications, guarantees visitor security procedures, and sustains a flawless, professional setting in the reception space. Primary responsibilities

Guest experience & reception: Greet guests, clients, and vendors warmly; oversee the digital or manual guest check-in procedure; and give out visitor badges. Call & mail management: Pick up incoming phone calls, filter questions, route callers to appropriate departments, and deal with incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Security & compliance: Ensure sign-in protocols and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are completed by visitors; maintain visitor logs and implement access-control protocols. Front-of-house maintenance: Keep the reception area, waiting lounges, and executive meeting spaces clean, presentable, and well-stocked with refreshments or informational brochures. Meeting & event logistics: Coordinate conference room bookings, schedule appointments, and set up AV equipment or catering for guest meetings. Administrative/admission support: Assist AM and Operations teams with administrative tasks, admission exam, badging systems, expense reporting, or office supply inventory tracking.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, customer service, or receptionist roles.
Technical skills: Proficiency with MS Office ( Word, Excel), and multi-line phone systems. Key competencies: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Polished, professional presentation and demeanor. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities under pressure. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
