Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. Advise senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent management, and HR-related challenges. Oversee recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives. Lead performance management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation efforts. Ensure HR practices comply with Malagasy labor laws and internal policies. Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. Lead and mentor the HR team. Utilize HR data and tools to inform strategic decision-making.
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Deep understanding of Malagasy labor laws and social regulations. Proven track record in large enterprises, corporate, or multinational environments. Experience collaborating with senior executives and key stakeholders. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors or similar solutions. Professional certifications such as CIPD, SPHR, or equivalent are advantageous.
