The Finance Analyst at IFRC is responsible for providing financial management support and advice to multiple offices in the African Region. This role involves ensuring financial control, conducting audits, and managing financial reporting and compliance. The analyst will also support national societies in financial accountability and assist in training finance staff. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Master’s degree in business administration or relevant field Full professional accountancy qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) 7 years’ experience in financial management, accounting, and audit Experience in managing and developing financial teams Fluent in English and French Good command of another IFRC official language (Spanish or Arabic) Practical knowledge of accounting software Experience in training staff on financial matters High degree of integrity and discretion Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills
