Le titulaire du poste participera aux soins quotidiens, veillera au confort des patients et contribuera à maintenir un environnement propre et sûr.

Assister les patients dans leurs activités quotidiennes telles que la toilette, l'alimentation, l'habillage et les déplacements. Surveiller les signes vitaux des patients (température, pouls, respiration) et signaler toute évolution aux infirmiers ou aux médecins. Participer à l'admission, au transfert et à la sortie des patients. Maintenir la propreté et l'hygiène dans les espaces réservés aux patients et dans les services. Appuyer le personnel infirmier dans les procédures de routine et les tâches de soins. Offrir un soutien émotionnel et une présence bienveillante aux patients. Veiller à ce que le matériel et les fournitures médicales soient propres et prêts à l'emploi. Consigner avec précision les informations relatives aux patients, selon les instructions du personnel superviseur.

Niveau minimum : SSCE ou qualification équivalente. Un certificat ou une formation en assistance aux soins de santé constitue un atout. Qualités attendues : compassion, patience et fiabilité. Capacité à suivre des instructions et à travailler sous supervision. Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Aptitude à accomplir des tâches physiquement exigeantes.
Qualifications appréciées
Une expérience antérieure en hôpital, en clinique ou en établissement de soins. La connaissance des procédures de base de soins aux patients et de contrôle des infections.
