ABOUT THE ROLE The role encompasses fleet management, driving safety management, vehicle dispatching, driver training, vehicle technical inspection and accident management. The mining area has complex road conditions, including steep slopes, mud, temporary construction roads and heavy vehicle operations. The supervisor needs a high level of driving experience, safety management skills and on-site emergency response capabilities, as well as experience managing vehicles for mines or large-scale engineering projects and strong fleet organisation abilities. KEY REQUIREMENTS
Proficient 4WD driving skills, including handling mountainous areas, muddy roads, steep slopes, slippery surfaces and unpaved roads.
