Missions : Sous la supervision du Chef de cuisine, vous serez en charge de : • Assister à la préparation des plats dans le respect des standards de qualité • Préparer les ingrédients (lavage, découpe, pesée) • Participer à la préparation de la pâte à pizza • Garnir les pizzas selon les recettes établies • Participer à la mise en place (préparations, dressage, organisation du poste) • Veiller au respect des recettes et des fiches techniques • Contribuer au bon déroulement du service en cuisine • Assurer la propreté et l’hygiène du poste de travail • Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire • Participer à la réception et au stockage des marchandises • Aider au nettoyage avant et après le service Profil : • Formation en cuisine (CAP / BEP ou équivalent souhaité) • Expérience en tant que commis de cuisine exigée • Expérience en préparation de pizzas (pizzaiolo) • Bonne connaissance des techniques culinaires de base • Maîtrise des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire • Rapidité et efficacité • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation • Esprit d’équipe • Capacité à travailler sous pression • Dynamisme et motivation //
