Notre client, une marque de chaussures en pleine croissance engagée dans la production de chaussures de haute qualité, recherche des ouvriers polyvalents, travailleurs et fiables pour soutenir ses opérations au sein de son département DIP, en tant qu'opérateurs de machines et opérateurs de ligne de finition. Les candidats retenus participeront aux activités quotidiennes de l'usine et de production et devront être à l'aise dans un environnement manufacturier physiquement actif.

Les candidats doivent :
Être de nationalité kényane et titulaires d'une carte nationale d'identité en cours de validité ; Justifier d'un niveau d'études minimum correspondant au certificat KCSE ; Être flexibles et disponibles pour travailler en équipes rotatives ; Être physiquement aptes, travailleurs et capables de rester debout pendant de longues heures ; Disposer des documents légaux requis : NSSF, SHA et KRA PIN ; Fournir une photographie d'identité de format passeport ; Être capables de travailler rapidement et efficacement avec leurs mains ; Être disciplinés et ponctuels ; Être capables de travailler efficacement en équipe.
Des compétences et une expérience pertinentes en conduite de machines dans une usine de chaussures ou dans le secteur manufacturier constitueront un atout supplémentaire.
Responsabilités principales
Les ouvriers polyvalents auront pour missions de :
Participer à la fabrication des chaussures et aux activités de la ligne de production ; Manipuler, trier, charger et décharger les matières premières et les chaussures finies ; Maintenir la propreté et la sécurité sur le sol de l'usine ; Soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de l'usine et de production ; Effectuer toute autre tâche confiée par le superviseur de production.
