Development Expertise Lab (DEL) est un cabinet de recherche et de conseil en développement international. DEL est spécialisé dans la collecte de données, l'analyse de données et les activités de recherche dans les pays en développement.
Dans le cadre d'une mission visant à actualiser le Rapport national sur la pauvreté des enfants en Sierra Leone à partir des données de l'Enquête par grappes à indicateurs multiples (MICS) 2025/26, DEL constitue son équipe projet et recherche un expert national basé en Sierra Leone pour appuyer l'analyse multidimensionnelle et monétaire de la pauvreté des enfants, les activités de renforcement des capacités et les livrables de reporting.
La mission implique une collaboration étroite avec Statistics Sierra Leone (Stats SL), le Ministère de la Planification et du Développement économique (MoPED) et d'autres homologues nationaux. L'expert national travaillera aux côtés des membres de l'équipe internationale de DEL et appuiera l'engagement avec les contreparties gouvernementales et les autres parties prenantes dans le pays.
