AngloGold Ashanti, société mondiale d'extraction aurifère, recherche un Senior Specialist, Mining Construction pour son site d'Obuasi Mine. Ce poste à temps plein, sous contrat à durée déterminée, relève du département Projets et est basé à Kumasi et dans la région Ashanti au Ghana.
Rattaché à la direction, vous piloterez la coordination et l'exécution de projets miniers au sein des opérations, en garantissant une livraison sûre, opportune et rentable des infrastructures et initiatives opérationnelles. Vous fournirez une expertise technique, veillerez à la conformité avec les normes d'ingénierie et les réglementations L.I 2182, et dirigerez l'élaboration des procédures de construction.
Vos responsabilités incluront notamment : allouer au moins 30% de votre temps à la sécurité, maintenir une présence de 60% sous terre, faciliter la communication entre les équipes, collaborer avec les ingénieurs QA/QC, développer des plans détaillés, gérer les calendriers de niveau 6, résoudre les problèmes de chantier, assurer la conformité documentaire, sélectionner les outils et matériaux, suivre les budgets, et soutenir l'amélioration continue et la mise en service des infrastructures.
diplôme tertiaire en ingénierie (minière, mécanique, structurelle, civile), avec une formation complémentaire en gestion de projet ou planification d'infrastructures souterraines souhaitable. Les certifications PMP, GHIE, ou certificats de compétence Mine Captain ou Engineering Superintendent sont un atout. Vous justifiez d'au moins 7 ans d'expérience en exploitation minière souterraine, avec une exposition à des rôles d'infrastructure ou de projet, et une expérience pratique en construction souterraine. Vous maîtrisez AUTOCAD et MS Office, possédez de solides compétences en communication, un esprit analytique, et êtes apte physiquement à travailler sous terre.
