Borderlesshr is recruiting a Product Growth Manager for a client, a licensed financial institution in Ikoyi, Lagos. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Managing Director.
Our client provides loan and investment solutions to businesses and individuals. As part of their expansion, they are growing their Proof of Funds product, which supports clients with travel, education, immigration, and relocation processes. The Product Manager will drive growth of this business, generate revenue, develop strategic partnerships, and manage the end-to-end customer journey. This role demands initiative, commercial acumen, strong sales ability, and excellent relationship management skills.
Requirements: 3–5 years in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Financial Services, Fintech, or related fields. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline. Key competencies include excellent sales abilities, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently, and a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to grow the Proof of Funds business, achieve revenue targets, and identify new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels. Source, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including travel agencies, education consultants, and immigration firms. Build and manage the product sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring consistent business growth. Oversee the end-to-end customer and transaction process, working closely with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service teams. Track product performance, revenue, transaction volumes, and profitability. Prepare performance reports, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Salary: N500,000 Net + Up to 0.5% Commission. Application Closing Date: 25th September, 2026.
